Herbs and Spices

Roccamonfina attributes its high quality to the drying and storing process. Heat and light are enemies of herbs as with most food. Herbs are slow air dried in a unique climate-controlled environment (which can take up to a month depending on leaf size) and store them as whole leaves. Dried herbs should never be broken up until they are being used. The combination of this drying and storage technique retains the greatest amount of essence in the herbs. Gently packed in new, small Ball mason Jars.
