An aromatic, soothing and pleasant tasting blend, it adds a bit of calm to the end of your day. Also aids in digestions and is rich in trace minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica, and B-vitamins.
Arrives in a food-safe bag - we recommend putting all of our teas into a more permanent container to maintain freshness, especially if not going to be used right away.
How many cups of tea will each bag make? 10-15 cups would be a good estimate if you don't like a strong flavored tea.
Best Ways to Infuse: I usually tell folks this
is completely up to them and depends also on how strong they like their
tea. Tea balls and basket strainers are the most common methods for loose
leaf teas. You can buy the strainers that fit into the cup or as part of a
tea pot. Another method that I really like is to use a French Press coffee
pot. This allows the tea to steep loose in the hot water and then allows
you to press the leaves out of the way leaving the tea to enjoy without bits of
greenery.
Tea Strength: The strength and flavor of tea is a personal experience. I usually steep mine for 10 minutes minimum, I like my tea a bit strong.
