I call this my "kitchen sink" put me to sleep tea.
"I" meaning Susan aka Storm.
At a very stressful time in my life that I just couldn't go
to sleep I decided to make this blend and just put everything in it that I
could think of to help me get to sleep. And it works! It also has a really good
flavor and is enjoyable to drink before bedtime. ***
2.5 oz bag
Ingredients: Chamomile, Mullein, Red Raspberry, Rosemary,
Skullcap, Wild Lettuce, Passion Flower, Lavender and Motherwort.
Arrives in a food-safe bag - we recommend putting all of our
teas into a more permanent container to maintain freshness, especially if not
going to be used right away.
Best Ways to Infuse: I usually tell folks this is completely
up to them and depends also on how strong they like their tea. Tea balls and
basket strainers are the most common methods for loose leaf teas. You can buy
the strainers that fit into the cup or as part of a tea pot. Another method
that I really like is to use a French Press coffee pot. This allows the tea to
steep loose in the hot water and then allows you to press the leaves out of the
way leaving the tea to enjoy without bits of greenery.
