the same no msg sausage your are used to, but this batch got mislabeled as having msg (which it does not - our butcher has not had msg in her facility in over 2 years - but label still in machine)
An old timey, country type breakfast sausage that is seasoned with sage, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and paprika, but no preservatives or MSG's. Since our pigs have the freedom and opportunity to use their muscles in the woods, the meat develops a deep, incredible taste.
