This is so simple.
- 1. Thaw the loin steaks in the fridge for a day. These steaks are thick so a day is appropriate.
- 2. Get a cast iron skillet hot with olive oil. Get all your other stuff ready, and table set.
- 3. Cut the package open and rinse the steaks under tap water. Pat dry.
- 4. Steaks into the cast iron. Sear for about 3-4 minutes each side.
- 5. Serve and eat. I like a little sea salt. Eat hot.
