Pan Seared Tuna Loin Steaks
This is so easy.

Directions

This is so simple.

  1. 1. Thaw the loin steaks in the fridge for a day.  These steaks are thick so a day is appropriate.
  2. 2. Get a cast iron skillet hot with olive oil. Get all your other stuff ready, and table set.
  3. 3. Cut the package open and rinse the steaks under tap water. Pat dry.
  4. 4. Steaks into the cast iron. Sear for about 3-4 minutes each side.   
  5. 5. Serve and eat. I like a little sea salt. Eat hot.
