Keep the bird off the bottom of the crock pot using canning lid rings or make a ring with aluminum foil. Season with rotisserie seasoning and garlic. Put a half onion inside bird. You can also use a half lemon or orange or an apple. Put a couple pats of butter on the bird. Cook on high for 2.5 -3 hours until internal temp is 165. When done, take bird out of crock, place in oven and broil for a few minutes to crisp up the top. Serve.
