For busy moms and lazy farmers
#1 –Turn on grill about medium. If it has a gauge on the hood - run it about 350 or so.
#2 Season the meat with your favorite spice blend, or grab Smokey Mountain Spice Company's Appalachian Chicken and Fish Blend
#3 Throw it on the TOP rack of the grill, close lid. Eat in about 30-40 minutes or when your meat probe says ~170 degrees. I don't even turn them. My son has a fancy meat thermometer where he can monitor temp via his phone - mine is manual and I check around 30 min.
