Line caught Wild Coho Salmon off the coast of Alaska. Bled, dressed and flash frozen on the boat. Air freighted from Sitka Alaska to Nashville Tn. Fileted and final pack at Land Basket Farm.
Coho Salmon is one of the healthiest fish in the world. Packed with protein and high in Omega 3s. Coho live their lives in the cold waters of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. They return to the freshwater rivers of their birth. New salmon return to sea and grow up on shrimp and krill and other fauna. Once grown, they repeat the life cycle.
