Coho Salmon is one of the healthiest fish in the world. Packed with protein and high in Omega 3s. Coho live their lives in the cold waters of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. They return to the freshwater rivers of their birth. New salmon return to sea and grow up on shrimp and krill and other fauna. Once grown, they repeat the life cycle.
