Harvest Day OCTOBER Fresh Chicken Frames

What is a "Chicken Frame?" While we process the chicken cuts, the "Frame" is the skelton of the chicken that has quite a bit of meat left on it.  This item can be used to make bone broth and/or soups and now we are offering it to you as a pre-order item that can be picked up fresh, the day after chicken harvesting.
